If the review, photo, or profile is found to be objectionable or fails to follow the guidelines, we reserve the right to take action as we deem necessary. This may include deleting or altering your reviews or comments, photographs uploaded, restricting your review activity, or deleting your Grabbzo account altogether, with or without notice.
If you see any content that is against the guidelines or our Terms of Service, you are at liberty to inform us. It is made certain that the same shall be reviewed. However, it is a possibility that content disagreeable to you might not meet the criteria to be altered or deleted.
Content Quality & Length: Reviews should be at least 100 characters for the services provided and the experiences at the restaurant by using our services. It would be appreciated if the review is detailed and covers all the major aspects, as the same would act as feedback to us. It would be appreciated if there is no use of unparliamentary language and the review follows the guidelines, so that the review is not required to be removed by us.
Relevance: Reviews should be specific to the restaurant and based on personal experiences. Avoid spamming or irrelevant content. In case a review is removed by us and a similar review is uploaded for the same restaurant, that review might be removed without notice.
Respectful Language: Offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language, as well as threats and personal attacks, are condemned and not allowed. Any review using offensive Offensive, abusive, or discriminatory language of any sorts will be removed without notice
Honesty & Integrity: Reviews must reflect true, personal experiences. Fake or exaggerated reviews are prohibited, and soliciting benefits in exchange for positive reviews is not tolerated.
Acts that constitute as 'Solicitation' include: Explicit/Implied agreement (written or verbal) to write reviews in exchange for money, a free meal(s), drinks, etc.
Being a part of social media groups (e.g. WhatsApp, Facebook, or any other social media platform) which offer incentives in exchange for reviews.
If there are reports and evidence of solicitation, the review will be removed, and your Grabbzo account may also be deleted without any notice.
No Plagiarism: Avoid copying others' content or photos. Create original reviews and share your own photos. Spamming reviews across different restaurants may result in removal without notice.
No Bullying or Blackmail: Reviews cannot be used to threaten restaurants or extort benefits. Any such acts are condemned and in case it is found that you have misused your position, the review shall be removed and your Grabbzo account may also be deleted.
Profile Guidelines: Ensure your Grabbzo profile is appropriate and does not misrepresent you (e.g., as an official Grabbzo blogger).
Photo Guidelines: Photos should be clear, focused, and relevant (e.g., food or ambiance shots). Avoid blurry, promotional, or plagiarized images. Such photos may be removed without notice.
Keep Listings Updated: Ensure your restaurant's details, such as hours and location, are accurate. Notify us if your restaurant cannot accept orders.
No Review Solicitation: Restaurants should never offer incentives for reviews or attempt to manipulate ratings. Violations may result in review removal and further actions.
Respond to Criticism Constructively: Address negative feedback professionally without offering incentives to change reviews. Work on resolving deficiencies mentioned in feedback.
Avoid Conflicts of Interest: Restaurant employees, owners, or affiliates must not write reviews for their own establishments.
Don’t Entertain: In case a customer raised any demand or asks for benefits at the threat of bad reviews or ratings, the same shall not be tolerated. Further, inviting users who have reviewed and given a low rating back to the restaurant for a complimentary meal, invites false negative reviews. Such conduct on part of the restaurant shall be avoided and the restaurant shall not entertain any such threats from customers.
Accountability for Actions: Illegal activity or poor behavior, such as serving underage patrons, must be addressed by the restaurant and should not involve Grabbzo.
Grabbzo employees are prohibited from writing reviews or influencing content on the platform. They must also refrain from seeking benefits from restaurants.
Grabbzo employs moderators and algorithms to ensure reviews and photos comply with guidelines. They may remove content that violates the rules, including fake reviews or offensive material. These guidelines emphasize maintaining a respectful, honest, and unbiased community where both users and businesses can share experiences and feedback in a constructive manner. It’s clear that Grabbzo aims to create an authentic and reliable platform for it’s customers. All Grabbzo employees in client dealing roles including but not limited to Sales, Sales Support, Neutrality, Media Content and Client Servicing across all transaction/ business/function at Grabbzo are prohibited from employee status to solicit discounts, freebies, or special treatment at restaurants in personal capacity. They are also not permitted to influence others to write biased reviews or give ratings.
