1. Introduction

Welcome to Grabbzo Enterprises Private Limited (“Grabbzo”). By using our services (the "Service"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

These terms shall be effective for all the existing as well as future Grabbzo customers.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service

3. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify users via email notification and website updates. Your continued use of the Service after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new Terms.

4. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract.

5. Account Registration

To place pre dine-in orders with the restaurants, pickup, or avail in-delivery vehicle service, you may be required to create an account with us. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and keep it updated.

6. Services Provided

  • For Customers: Provide the restaurants with a SAAS platform and ensure proper functioning and smooth operations of the services being provided by Grabbzo.

    Provide customer care support regarding orders placed by the customers through the application or website.
  • For Restaurants: Provide the restaurants with SAAS Platform (Services) and ensure proper functioning and smooth operations of the services being provided by Grabbzo. Provide customer care support with regards to orders received from the Services being provided to the Channel Partner.

7. Ordering Process

  • For Customers: Once you place an order for the services required, we will forward it to the relevant restaurant. You will receive an estimated time for fulfillment of the order. Any changes or cancellations must be made per the restaurant’s cancellation policy.

    You agree to “PING” us upon reaching the location to inform both Grabbzo and the restaurant of your arrival.
  • For Restaurants: The restaurant agrees to fulfill orders placed by customers in a timely manner. If unable to fulfill an order, the restaurant must notify us immediately, and the process for return and refunds to the customer will be initiated as per the terms of the channel partner agreement.

    The restaurant shall also notify to us after accepting the order as well as notify us once the preparation of order begins.

8. Payment Terms

  • Customers: All transactions are processed through. You agree to pay for orders placed via the Service, including any applicable taxes, delivery fees, and tips.

You agree Order placed shall be a pre-paid order.
You agree to pay a platform fee in favour of Grabbzo ranging from Rs. 6 to Rs. 20, varying on the quantity of the Order as well as the mode of services availed by you.
Prices may vary based on availability, location, and demand.

9. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Customer Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 5 (Five) minutes of placing the order.
    On cancellation of an Order on your part, no refund requests would be entertained.
  • Refund Policy:
    On cancellation of an Order on your part, no refund requests would be entertained.
    On cancellation of an Order on part of the restaurant, the refund amount shall be transferred into the account of the Consumer from where the payment was received within 7-8 business days.
    On receipt of a complaint from your end against the restaurant, you agree to participate in the enquiry process. If found entitled for a refund after detailed enquiry on the complaint, the refund amount shall be transferred into your account from where the payment was received within 7-8 business days of closure of the complaint.
  • Restaurant Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 5 (Five) minutes of placing the order only due to non-availability of the ordered items.
  • Refund Policy:
    On cancellation of an Order on part of the customer, no refund is to be granted to the customer.
    On cancellation of an Order on part of the restaurant, a full refund shall be granted to the customer. The refund process shall be completed within 7-8 business days into the account of the customer from where the payment was received.
    On receipt of a complaint from the customer end against the restaurant, the restaurant agrees to participate in the enquiry process. If found entitled for a refund after detailed enquiry on the complaint, the restaurant is liable to refund the amount, and the said amount shall be transferred into the account of the customer from where the payment was received within 7-8 business days of closure of the complaint.
    The restaurant shall initiate a complete refund in favour of the customer if there is a delay of 10 minutes or more beyond the estimated delivery time in delivering the order to the consumer, and the refund process shall be completed within 7-8 business days.

10. Delivery

  • Delivery times shall be reflected on the Grabbzo application/website, once an order is placed by the customer.
  • Customers must ensure they are within time to avail the services chosen by them. Neither We nor the restaurants are responsible for any delays or failed deliveries due to unavailability of the customer.

11. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or distributing harmful content.
  • Customers are responsible for providing correct contact details, including estimated time of arrival and payment information.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including logos, trademarks, and website designs, is owned by Grabbzo or its partners. You may not use this content without our express permission.

13. Privacy

We value your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy (link to privacy policy) for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

14. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to delayed deliveries, incorrect orders, or issues arising from third-party services.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Union of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Union of India.
